6 months executive leadership coaching
Individually tailored to accelerate leadership performance
Aligned with organisational goals and strategy
Typical coaching process:
Phase 1: Discovery
First meeting between coach and executive to understand organisational context and identify initial development objectives
Coach review of any recent development plans, performance reviews and psychometrics
Conduct feedback interviews and create confidential feedback report
Second meeting to debrief executive and adjust/confirm coaching objectives
Phase 2: Coaching (virtual and/or in-person)
3-way meeting with direct-line manager to agree coaching objectives, clarify expectations, agree coaching plan and agree how to work together
6 further coaching sessions over 6 months focusing on identified development objectives
Telephone/e-mail support between formal sessions
Second 3-way meeting with line-manager at mid-point, if required
Phase 3: Next steps
Final 3-way meeting with line manager to assess progress against objectives and identify future development and priorities
