Delivered through three webinars and individual coaching.

Explore 4th industrial revolution leadership: develop critical mindsets and understand what it really means to be a leader in the new workplace.
Self-awareness: use existing psychometric data; Hogan bright/dark side; and support and challenge from world class coaches, to gain a deeper understanding of who you are as a leader.
Leverage a beginners mindset: experiment with things you’ve never done before and learn the skills of self-disruption.
Build centred leadership: discover centring practices to enable informed decisions and action, especially under stress.
Align purpose: connect individual leadership purpose and organisation purpose.
Agree contribution: commit to an organisation and leadership contribution beyond the day job.
