Major achievements
Executive coach and team coach to various CEO’s and their teams in a range of global, complex organisations.
Project managed and led the facilitation team in delivering a series of development interventions for a leading UK constabulary aimed at supporting the culture change involved in introducing a new digital system. The training of 500 staff included facilitation skills, leadership development, team development and facilitating challenging organization conversations at all levels.
In partnership with Harvard Business School and Edinburgh Napier University, coached a learning set of NHS Clinicians and Directors through an MSc level programme. Delivered the Masterclass on Influencing through Authentic Conversations to the cohort of 50 people.
Led, project managed, designed and delivered in partnership with other providers including the BBC, a ‘Communicating with Impact’ development programme for a Top FT 100 Finance Team of 25 people. They needed to convey complex messages with impact to the City and internally with their teams.
Designed, project managed and delivered a leadership intervention including coaching for the UK board of a global telecoms company. The development cascaded to 1600 leaders in events involving 200 people.
