Leadership Accelerator Open Programme

A three-month, innovative and transformational leadership journey that brings together leaders from different organisations who need to thrive and lead successfully in the age of digital disruption and a rapidly changing workplace.

Module One: Consciously Disrupt

Delivered through three webinars and individual coaching.

Develops the ability to consciously disrupt by adopting a beginner’s mindset to question and explore current thinking and behaviour.

Module Two: build adaptability

Delivered through a 4-day in-person programme that creates personal change during the module.

Develops adaptability by focusing on purpose, accountability, agility and influence.

Venue: Alexander House Hotel & Utopia Spa, Turners Hill, East Grinstead, RH10 4QD.

Fees include:

Initial 30’ conversation with faculty coach to explore your context and goals
Launch webinar
Module 1: 3 interactive webinars
Module 2: 4-day in-person residential development programme
Individual coaching sessions: 3 x 1.5 hours
Evening meals on 21 & 22 November
Lunch/beverages/snacks 22 – 25 November
Free use of the hotel spa

*We have secured a preferential accommodation rate at Alexander House Hotel for all programme participants

Total programme fees: £6,900 + VAT to be paid in full upon registration

Cancellation Policy:

Please note the following cancellation terms apply:

i) Within 30 days notice of cancellation from the launch date of the programme - 100% of fee payable

ii) Within 31 - 60 days notice of cancellation from the launch date of the programme - 50% of fee payable

iii) + 61 days notice of cancellation from the launch date of the programme - full refund
